Free Trolley Service The Paterson Trolley System is owned and operated by the Paterson Parking Authority and it is offered as a free service to the residents and visitors of the City of Paterson. The Trolley Line services all major government buildings including Paterson City Hall, Passaic County Offices and Courts, Federal Plaza, Passaic County Community College, Downtown Merchant and Center City areas, Farmers Market, as well as future services to the Route 20 Corridor, which includes Lowe's and Home Depot. With support from the City of Paterson's UEZ Division the Trolleys were recently updated and refurbished to meet the increased demand. Their hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 7.00 am - 6:00 pm. Look for the "Trolley Logo" on poles for designated stops throughout the Downtown Area.
