The Paterson Parking Authority Parking Meters: General Information Paterson Parking Meters Hours of Operation On-street parking meters are enforced between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Meter durations range from 20 minutes to 2 hours depending on the needs of that particular area. Rates are 25 cents per 15 minutes.
